Eclipse viewing relocated to Bost
Mississippi State is relocating its solar eclipse-viewing event to the Bost Extension Center Theater due to weather and atmospheric conditions.
- A live feed will be available for participants beginning at 12:30 p.m. To view the eclipse event, visit this link.
- The maximum eclipse, which will be approximately 90% coverage in Starkville, will occur at 1:56 p.m., though the eclipse will be visible from 12:37-3:15 p.m.
- Do not look at the sun without solar glasses, and do not look at the sun with your phone camera unless you cover your phone camera with solar glass protection.
