Numerous staff, commuter and on-campus residence parking lots near Mississippi State University’s campus core and in the athletic corridor remain closed due to construction and maintenance projects as the fall semester begins Wednesday [Aug. 16].
Affected lots include those near or adjacent to Ballew Hall and the University Greenhouse Complex, located south of Dorman Hall; the site of the former McCarthy Gymnasium, located between Allen and McCool halls and the J. Charles Lee Agricultural and Biological Engineering Building; McComas, Moseley and Rice halls; Ruby and Critz halls; and Humphrey Coliseum.
Pedestrians and commuters are encouraged to exercise caution when traveling through construction areas across campus.
