LINC Buddy application window closes in Jan.
The Holmes Cultural Diversity Center invites you to participate in the Linking Internationals in the Community (LINC) program.
The LINC program supports and assists Mississippi State international students with finding and building community through connecting them to individuals in our Bulldog family. MSU students, faculty, staff and Starkville community members can apply to serve as buddies for international students in the program.
The benefits of being a LINC Buddy include:
—Make a difference in a student's life by creating memories that will last a lifetime.
—Learn about another culture, traditions and customs.
—Expose yourself and your family to a new world of learning.
—Foster a new and meaningful relationship.
What's expected of our Buddies?
—One semester commitment (January to May).
—Attend LINC program kickoff and closing dinner.
—Meet once per month with your international student(s).
—Attend one Holmes Cultural Diversity Center event per semester.
—Show your student(s) you care.
