COVID-19 departmental supply process web portal now operational
MSU’s COVID-19 departmental supply process web portal is now operational for limited and immediate departmental supply needs. It can be accessed by campus Building Managers and Operators (BMOs) only. A list of current Building Managers and Operators can be found at https://www.buildingmanager.msstate.edu/. BMO employees can access the General Supply Materials website at https://www.fm.msstate.edu/gsm/ and view available products by clicking the Request Supplies button. We are asking that departments keep orders limited through June if at all possible. If items are sought that are not provided on the GSM website, departments can procure items per standard procurement processes keeping in mind those purchases will not be tracked for future reimbursement. Departmental feedback on the assortment of stocked supplies is welcomed.
