Gilmore will be accompanied on drums by Ekpe Abioto of Memphis, Tennessee. Abioto specializes in children’s music and cultural entertainment and has performed in the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan and Kenya.

Since 2007, Terpsichore Dance Company has enabled students to explore their love of dance throughout their years at MSU. Members gain experience in choreographing solo, duet and group dances in a variety of styles including contemporary, ballet and jazz. Interested MSU students and staff can audition for the group at the beginning of each semester.

“These talented dancers have worked hard to put the show together, and they are excited to share their work with the Mississippi State and Starkville communities,” said Deborah Funderburk, MSU kinesiology instructor and Terpsichore faculty adviser.
