Lauren Jennings, an entomology doctoral student from Pickensville, Alabama, collects sugar syrup-consumption data for a study on bees' gut microbiomes for the PCB Bee Lab, an apiculture and pollinator learning center led by Assistant Professor Priyadarshini Chakrabarti Basu. The lab is operated by the MSU Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Entomology and Plant Pathology.
