Spotlight on Spain
Enjoying a break from their typical class schedule, more than 70 students are making the most of Spring Break to learn without boundaries in Spain during MSU’s International Travel Program in Psychology. In addition to exploring literature, arts, architecture and cuisine during the 3-credit-hour trip, the group also is focusing on the development and history of psychology and how the country’s political climate influenced psychological study, service and research over the last century. Pictured visiting the Plaza de España, participants must be of sophomore standing to join the course led by Assistant Teaching Professor Ty Abernathy that also includes the junior cohort of MSU students in the Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program.
