Jacob Chair in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, operates his lab's Boston Dynamics "Spot" robot dog next to a Clearpath Robotics Warthog vehicle from MSU's Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems. Researchers at MSU use platforms like these to utilize and develop advanced sensor capabilities. The robots were among more than a dozen interactive displays during the Research Showcase, held Tuesday [April 11] on the YMCA Plaza as part of MSU's annual Research Week celebration.
