Mississippi State University will be closed for winter break Dec. 23-Jan. 2. The MSU community will give a big "Hail State" over the holidays on Dec. 28 when the Bulldogs take on Texas Tech University in the Liberty Bowl in Memphis. The university will reopen Jan. 3, with the spring semester classes getting underway Jan. 18.
