MSU Paul B. Jacob High Voltage Laboratory Manager David Wallace loads a crate of retrofitted ventilators onto a Mississippi Emergency Management Agency truck for transport to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson on Wednesday [April 8]. The shipment includes the last of the 550 ventilators that MSU worked with Louisville-based Taylor Machine Works to convert from battery to AC power, enhancing their use in the state's COVID-19 response.
