Members of the MSU community came together Wednesday [Oct. 31] in remembrance of those who died in last Saturday's [Oct. 27] shooting at a Jewish synagogue in Pittburgh, Pennsylvania. Held at the Chapel of Memories and sponsored by the MSU Student Association and Mississippi State Hillel, a Jewish student organization, the vigil included remarks from MSU President Mark E. Keenum, Vice President for Student Affairs Regina Hyatt, Student Association President Mayah Emerson, Hillel President Tyler Daniel, as well as area religious leaders.
