Architecture project provides Boys and Girls Club garden
Starkville Boys and Girls Club youth are benefitting from a community garden designed by Mississippi State University architecture students. Featuring six raised beds and a shade area built by students during the spring semester, the project has continued through the summer with MSU student, faculty and staff volunteers working with the youth to plant and grow vegetables. In addition to faculty and students from MSU's College of Architecture, Art and Design, collaboration has come from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, College of Education and the university's Horticulture Club.
