4-H Photo Safari with MSU Ag Comm Photographers
Emily Carter, Sharkey County Extension Service representative, sits on the massive heart pine stairway of the historic Rolling Fork home to explain how to shoot better photos and how teamwork contributes to capturing the atmosphere of the Delta location. Participants in the first 4-H Photo Safari, sponsored by Mississippi State's Office of Agricultural Communications, included young people from around the state. Along with visiting Mont Helena, students traveled from Greenwood to Natchez and went to Grand Gulf Military Park, the Jim Henson Museum and Vicksburg Military Park, among other significant locations.
